Overview
Klarna’s Debit Card Launch introduced a new way for users to blend debit functionality with Klarna’s signature “Pay Later” flexibility. The campaign required a modular design system that could adapt across CRM, Klarna.com, and in-app experiences—educating users, encouraging sign-ups, and guiding them into new payment behaviors. The initiative spanned acquisition, activation, and onboarding phases, with content tailored to each lifecycle stage.
My Role
I led the design for Klarna’s emails, web content, push, and in-app experiences, creating modular assets and user flows that supported onboarding, clarified functionality, and aligned with the brand across markets.
