Overview

Klarna’s Global Holiday Campaign was a seasonal initiative designed to drive purchases, increase app usage, and promote feature discovery across Klarna’s full product suite. Executed across 22 markets and 17+ teams, the campaign used lifecycle-based journeys to balance education and incentives, highlighting features like wishlists, price drops, and budgeting tools. It spanned CRM, Klarna.com, push, and in-app, with paid and OOH amplifying awareness in priority markets such as the US, UK, Germany, and Sweden.


My Role

I led the design for Klarna’s emails, web content, push, and in-app experiences, creating modular assets and personalized content blocks that adapted to lifecycle stage, user behavior, and regional market needs. My work ensured a cohesive seasonal story across all owned surfaces while supporting global scalability.
