Overview

Klarna’s Smooth Shopping campaign introduced the brand’s first evergreen lifecycle content series to drive post-onboarding feature adoption. Launched across 18 markets, the initiative delivered 49,000+ incremental orders in 6 months, boosted CRM engagement by 22%, and increased in-app feature use by 18% among targeted segments.


My Role

I led the creative strategy and design execution, building cross-channel assets for CRM, in-app, and web. Collaborating with product, CRM, and regional teams, I localized creative, ensured consistency with brand guidelines, and continuously tested messaging, creative, and triggers to maximize long-term engagement and repeat usage.
