Deployed across email, in-app, and push channels, the campaign highlighted curated gift ideas, partner promotions, and Klarna’s flexible payment options. With a focus on relevance and timing, the creative aimed to boost consideration and conversions by positioning Klarna as the go-to choice for Valentine’s Day shopping.

I designed and executed email, in-app, and push assets that balanced Klarna’s playful tone with a seasonal aesthetic. Working closely with marketing and lifecycle teams, I created adaptable templates for different markets and partner deals, ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.
