Overview

Klarna’s partnership with Apple Pay enables users to access Klarna’s payment options wherever Apple Pay is accepted, enhancing flexibility and convenience. To support the launch, Klarna deployed seasonal and campaign-driven emails and push notifications that highlight Apple Pay features while promoting Klarna’s offerings. These communications drive strategic growth for the partnership, increase customer relevance through personalized, timely content, and optimize engagement and conversion through continuous testing.


My Role

I designed email and push assets for the Apple Pay partnership, ensuring each piece was visually engaging, on-brand, and aligned with campaign objectives. Collaborating with marketing and product teams, I adapted creative to seasonal campaigns and new Apple features, while supporting A/B testing to optimize messaging, engagement, and conversions—ultimately driving measurable business impact.
